A multi-brand retail network demands more than a standard store.

Hornby Hobbies is a British institution, with iconic brands like Scalextric, Airfix, Corgi, and Hornby under its roof, but their B2B experience wasn’t quite as refined as their model kits. Supporting over 1,000 independent retailers, they needed a platform that could handle serious trade complexity, without making it feel complicated.

That’s where we came in.

We designed and delivered a bespoke B2B portal, powered by Adobe Commerce, with deep ERP integration, smart fulfilment workflows and a trade UX that gets the job done. From bulk CSV orders to price-book personalisation, the site gave Hornby’s retail network the power to self-serve, forecast, and grow.
