Accelerating Adobe’s embedded payments ecosystem

Adobe initially partnered with GENE to accelerate delivery across several strategic APS initiatives including Fastlane, BNPL tooling, checkout enhancements and Alternative Payment Methods. What began as a short-term engagement rapidly evolved into a dedicated product delivery partnership spanning frontend, backend, QA, DevOps and release management.

Working directly alongside Adobe and PayPal stakeholders, GENE became responsible for delivering new payment features, UX improvements, onboarding enhancements, release management, automated testing and compatibility initiatives across Adobe Commerce, Magento Open Source, Hyvä and Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service.
