The Challenge
With stores playing a key role in the customer journey, Krispy Kreme needed to connect their digital orders with physical fulfilment, while enabling loyalty redemptions across channels.
Our Approach
We developed an in-store tablet interface for staff, allowing them to view and process online orders, manage inventory, and handle loyalty redemptions at the till. It became a key touchpoint in uniting digital and in-store journeys.
