The Challenge
Krispy Kreme’s digital operation needed a ground-up rebuild. Their existing setup couldn’t handle multi-channel fulfilment, real-time inventory, or loyalty tracking, and lacked a centralised eCommerce engine to support future growth.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the eCommerce platform using Adobe Commerce and integrated it with Krispy Kreme’s app, in-store systems and order management tools. This enabled seamless handoffs across web, mobile and physical locations, powering a truly omnichannel experience.
