The Challenge
Southern Sheeting’s site was performing well, but a long-standing Magento bug was quietly affecting Core Web Vitals, increasing CLS and LCP scores on product pages. The fix existed, but many custom themes (including theirs) hadn’t implemented it.
Our Approach
Acting proactively under Unlimited Support, our EcomOps team applied the Magento CLS/LCP fix, stabilised layouts, and optimised caching for faster response times. All changes were measured with real-world RUM data to validate impact.
