The Challenge
Over 80% of traffic came from mobile, but the previous checkout flow wasn’t designed for mobile UX. Abandonment was high, and wallet support was limited.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the checkout as a one-page, mobile-first experience and integrated multiple payment methods including Apple Pay and Fastlane for PayPal. The new flow was designed for speed, clarity and higher conversion, particularly on handheld devices.
