The Challenge
Tommee Tippee’s audience is predominantly mobile-first, with over 80% of site traffic coming from handheld devices. Yet their checkout wasn’t optimised for speed or convenience. No support for mobile wallets. No express options. And too many clicks before purchase. The experience was out of sync with customer expectations.
Our Approach
We implemented a mobile-first express checkout layer using Apple Pay and Google Pay, placing the options directly on the cart and top of the checkout flow. This removed barriers and allowed customers to complete purchases in just a few taps. All changes were implemented through our composable checkout architecture, ensuring stability and flexibility for future enhancements.
