Replatforming to Adobe Commerce Cloud

We kicked off our partnership with SkateHut by replatforming their site to Adobe Commerce Cloud from their previous platform, blubolt. We focused on information architecture, attributes, filtering, PLP, PDP and checkout flow, successfully migrating tens of thousands of SKUs.

We then integrated the site with key operational processes such as ERP, PIM, fulfilment, shipping, analytics, payments and loyalty.

A big job. And a good job too!

Moving to Magento

To support Krispy Kreme in delivering more orders and revenue from digital channels we had to re-imagine their operational model from totally relying on stores, to having various digital channels talking to the customers and between themselves: a very big task with high stakes, and the sweet, sweet promise of victory.

To do this, we had to build a new Magento 2 platform from the ground up, and facilitate integrations with all existing systems from order management and fulfilment, all the way to loyalty.

The result is a programme with ecommerce touchpoints across stores, web and mobile apps. Management consultants call this “omnichannel”

Party Delights, with its extensive range of products and stellar reputation, identified the need to enhance its online presence to cater to both individual consumers and businesses looking for party supplies. They sought to streamline the shopping experience, improve customer satisfaction, differentiate with innovative and creative features, optimise operational processes and maximise revenue potential.
